PicCrafter is an AI-powered image editing application that allows users to transform and edit images using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may use PicCrafter with anonymous authentication or create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Purchases

4.1 Credit Usage

PicCrafter may operate on a credit-based system where credits are consumed for AI image processing operations. Each image transformation may require credits.

4.2 Credit Purchases

• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to offer promotional credits subject to additional terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use PicCrafter for personal image editing, creative content generation, and professional image transformation projects.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App for:

• Creating, sharing, or processing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Generating images that violate intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Creating "deepfakes" or other misleading content intended to deceive or cause harm.
• Processing images of individuals without their proper consent.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the App's AI technology.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 App Ownership

PicCrafter and all related technology, including the AI models and algorithms, are owned by us and our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the original images you upload to PicCrafter. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process these images solely to provide and improve our services.

6.3 Generated Content

You own the images generated by PicCrafter from your original content, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes, provided your use complies with our Acceptable Use Policy. However, you acknowledge that similar or identical images may be generated for other users from their own content.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain PicCrafter's availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicCrafter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
